A:I is engaged by a real estate private equity fund management company to design their new office expansion on Yee Wo Street at Causeway Bay. The 3,800 sf office would be the new home for the asset management team overseeing 2.2 million square feet of retail area and 8,000 car park spaces. The space needs to accommodate 40 staffs and various meeting rooms in an open setting with significant shelving and filing compactus to house thousands of lease contracts.
Managing community retail outlets in various strategic locations in the city, the client is looking for design theme in line of “nostalgic contemporarization” or “retro-lution” that bring reminiscence and fond memories of the old Hong Kong market place, at the same time the working environment shall be contemporary, comfortable, efficient, functional, and enjoyable for the staffs and visitors.
