PENTA HOTEL TUEN MUN
Penta Hotel Tuen Mun is an exemplary “Wholesale Conversion” project to which the under-utilized industrial warehouse was revitalized to be a contemporary hospitality venue, operated by Rosewood Hotels Group. Significant alterations and improvements were implemented to make the facility “hotel-friendly,” includes creating light wells for prescribed windows for inward-facing guest rooms, and establishing a new means of egress corridor to satisfy statutory requirements. The unconventional long room geometry resulted from the structural column spacing, making way for longer guest suites with living room and workspace. The fit-out, FF&E, and detail design are industrial and raw at the same time express simplicity, functionality, and comfort. The revitalized project has 300 Guest Rooms with a featured Penta Lounge, health center, meeting rooms, and street front Shops.
